This is the private website of a cat breeder. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Pold (pold.ch, [email protected]). Pold provides the server and processes data only on our behalf. When you visit the site, technically necessary data is recorded (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). It serves the secure operation of the site and is not combined with other data.

3. Contact form

If you use the form, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry. The message is delivered by email to our mailbox (Google Mail, Google LLC, USA) and is also stored in the admin area of the website, which keeps the last 200 enquiries and overwrites older ones. We delete enquiries once they are dealt with and no retention duty applies. We do not pass your details on to other third parties and do not use them for advertising.

4. Cookies and fonts

The site only sets technically necessary cookies: one for your chosen language (German or English, valid for one year) and, only after logging in to the admin area, a session cookie. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking services. The fonts are served by this website itself.

5. Your rights

You may request information about the data we hold about you, ask for its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Please write to the email address above. You may lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
