What does it mean:

Colourpoint
Colourpoint is the youngest variety in the colour carousel of the British Shorthair. This new variety arose from the deliberate crossing in of colourpoint Persians. The mask colouring, which originally comes from the Siamese cat, always shows as a light base coat with coloured markings (points) on the face, ears, paws and tail. The colourpoint carries the partial albino gene (cs), which suppresses pigmentation of the back, chest and neck area. All basic colours are permitted for the colouring of the points. The points must stand out and be clearly delimited and can be solid (non tabby) or show any tabby, tortoiseshell or tortoiseshell-tabby variation. The characteristic markings of the colourpoint and the bright blue eyes are due to genetics.
